Your travel insurance claim is very important to us. CSA Travel Protection is committed to providing prompt, fair and equitable claims service.

The CSA Claims Department Pledges the Following to All Insured Clients:

• Claim forms are issued the same day notification of a claim is received.
• On receipt of your completed claims form, it will be assigned to a representative who will manage the file to resolution. Personal contact is made on every claim filed.
• All correspondence and required documentation are processed in a timely manner.
• Phone calls are returned within one business day (most calls are returned on the same day they are received).

Filing a claim on your travel insurance plan is a relatively easy process. Simply download the form you need, provide any necessary information and submit it to our claims group.
